Refund and Exchange Policy:

Cancelling order:

Order cancellation must be made within 3 days of the invoice date before shipment.

You have the right to a full refund “if your order is not received on the specified delivery date” by which was provided to you at the time of purchase without additional compensation.

Order replacement:

Zamani is allowed to exchange the delivered goods from the gallery within one day of the date the item was purchased which is indicated in the sales invoice.

* In case the order is canceled, Zamani will return the amount to the customer within 10 working days either by wire transfer or by check.
